Gabriella Gibson, LMSW

I believe therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process rooted in trust, curiosity, and connection. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore their emotions, experiences, and goals for growth.

With a background in sociology and a Master of Social Work degree, I bring a person-in-environment perspective to my practice, recognizing how our relationships, identities, cultures, and life experiences shape who we are.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, and psychodynamic theory. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational challenges, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping clients deepen self-awareness, understand patterns, process difficult emotions, and build a more authentic relationship with themselves and others.

Outside of my clinical work, I am inspired by art, film, music, and travel, which continue to shape my appreciation for creativity, connection, and the diverse stories people bring into session.
